目的:探讨小青龙汤对支气管哮喘寒饮蕴肺证大鼠的可能作用机制。方法:将52只SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、1,25(OH)_2D_3组和小青龙汤组,每组13只。除空白对照组外,其余各组均进行支气管哮喘寒饮蕴肺证模型造模。各组大鼠从第2天起灌胃,每次1.6 m L/100 g,1次/d,持续至第22天实验结束。空白对照组给予生理盐水灌胃,1,25(OH)_2D_3组腹腔注射1,25(OH)_2D_3混合液5×103U/100g,小青龙汤组给予小青龙汤煎剂灌胃。观察大鼠一般行为学及体征变化,检测大鼠血清IL-5和1,25(OH)_2D_3的含量。结果:通过综合评价发现小青龙汤和1,25(OH)_2D_3对大鼠支气管哮喘寒饮蕴肺证的症状和体征改善均发挥一定作用,小青龙汤组最明显,1,25(OH)_2D_3次之;与模型组比较,小青龙汤组IL-5含量有非常显著差异(P<0.01),1,25(OH)_2D_3组IL-5含量有显著差异(P<0.05),以小青龙汤组最显著;模型组与空白对照组大鼠1,25(OH)_2D_3的含量对比有显著性差异(P<0.05),小青龙汤组大鼠1,25(OH)_2D_3的含量与模型组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示小青龙汤能提升大鼠体内1,25(OH)_2D_3的含量。结论:小青龙汤能有效提升支气管哮喘寒饮蕴肺证大鼠体内1,25二羟基维生素D3水平,从而提高多种免疫细胞的活性,增强机体免疫力,抑制支气管哮喘的炎症反应、改善哮喘气道重塑。这可能是其治疗哮喘的作用机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the possible mechanism of Xiao Qing Long Decoction on bronchial asthma Han Yun Yun lung syndrome rats. Compared with the model group, the content of IL-5 in Xiaoqinglongtang group was significantly different (P <0.01), and the content of IL-5 in 1,25 (OH) The contents of 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 in the model group and the blank control group were significantly different (P <0.05). The contents of 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 There was significant difference between the model group (P <0.05), suggesting that Xiao Qing Long Decoction can increase 1,25 (OH) _2 D_3 content in rats. Conclusion: Xiao Qing Long Decoction can effectively improve 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 levels in rats with bronchial asthma cold syndrome Yun-lung syndrome, thereby enhancing the activity of a variety of immune cells, enhancing the body immunity, inhibiting the inflammatory response of bronchial asthma and improving asthma Airway remodeling. This may be one of its mechanisms of action in the treatment of asthma.
