合理的药物配伍乃是提高药物有效性,减少毒性的主要途径之一。但是由于药物本身具有的物理、化学、药理的特殊性,不合理配伍有可能发生治疗矛盾,如出现沉淀、结块、变色、产气等导致药物变质、失效或产生毒性,甚至会引起严重医疗事故。口腔临床局部常用的药剂,多数含有酚类、醛类、卤素或金属化合物,毒性、刺激性大,并存在着物理、化学不稳定性。临床实际使用中,不合理配伍的发生机率也较高。
Rational drug compatibility is to improve the effectiveness of drugs to reduce toxicity of one of the main ways. However, due to the particularity of the physical, chemical and pharmacological properties of the drug, unreasonable compatibility may lead to treatment contradictions, such as sedimentation, caking, discoloration, gas production, etc., causing deterioration, failure or toxicity of the drug and may even cause serious medical problems ACCIDENT. Common clinical oral pharmacy agents, most contain phenols, aldehydes, halogens or metal compounds, toxicity, irritation, and the existence of physical and chemical instability. In clinical practice, the incidence of unreasonable compatibility is also high.
