研究目的:在地铁工程中,屏蔽门系统与多个专业存在接口,其中与土建专业的接口尤为重要。土建结构条件的预留是否到位将直接影响屏蔽门的安装。本文以上海地铁9号线工程为背景,总结在地铁工程实施过程中的经验与教训,通过对不同安装方式优缺点的比较,优化屏蔽门系统的安装设计。研究结论:土建施工预留屏蔽门安装条件,要充分考虑在土建施工前地铁车辆尺寸不能确定情况下的适应性。站台板预留通长的安装槽以及在顶部预留通长H型钢,可解决屏蔽门预留不能定位的问题。土建施工误差是客观存在的,一方面要提高土建施工精度,另一方面要采取相应的补救措施,以满足屏蔽门的安装要求。
Research purposes: In the subway project, the screen door system has many interfaces with many professions, of which the interface with civil engineering is especially important. Whether the reservation of civil construction condition is in place will directly affect the installation of screen door. Based on the project of Shanghai Metro Line 9, this paper summarizes the experience and lessons in the subway project implementation process, and optimizes the installation design of the screen door system by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different installation methods. Research conclusions: The installation conditions for screen doors reserved for civil construction should fully consider the adaptability under the circumstances that the size of subway vehicles can not be determined before civil construction. Platform plate to reserve long through slot and reserved at the top of the long H-beam, to solve the problem can not be reserved screen door reserved. Civil construction error is an objective reality, on the one hand to improve the accuracy of civil construction, on the other hand to take appropriate remedial measures to meet the installation requirements of the screen door.
