电工程施工相对于市政类或工民建类工程施工,其特性决定了其施工管理的特点。水电工程项目大多在远离城市交通不便的偏远山区的河流上进行,工程规模大,建筑材料用量大,机械设备投入多,多工种的用工形式、多结构的施工队伍,施工强度高,施工质量要求高,施工过程中,石方爆破,隧洞开挖,砼浇筑,水上、水下和高空作业多,施工中不安全隐患多,工序繁杂。由此可见,水电工程施工对项目管理提出了更高的要求。企业除了选派优秀的项目经理,组织得力的技术和管理人员外,还要组建强有力的党组织做坚实后盾,为工程施工保驾护航,才能确保工程施工任务的顺利完成,实现项目管理的各项目标。
