以流化床式气流粉碎机中气体流场的形成及特点的理论分析为基础,结合试验研究,证明了确实存在一个喷嘴的径向最优位置,使此设备的粉碎性能达到最佳;且系统的背压越大,喷嘴径向位置的变化对粉碎性能的影响越显著,在粉碎过程中,可根据物料特性,选择性地采用调节喷嘴径向位置的方法,优化流化床式气流粉碎机的粉碎性能。本研究为流化床式气流粉碎设备的实际工程应用提供了指导和依据。
