企业经营者是从事企业战略决策、并对企业的生产经营活动和企业经济效益、股东投资回报负责的企业高层管理人员。鉴于经营者在企业中的重要作用,研究企业经营者的激励是非常重要的。它有利于揭示企业经营者薪酬激励的必要性,发现在对经营者进行激励时出现的问题,从而进行有效的经营者薪酬激励,减少不合理的薪酬分配现象,吸引和留住高级经营人才,促进经营者的健康成长,激励经营者努力工作,减少代理成本。
Corporate managers are senior corporate executives who are engaged in the strategic decision-making of enterprises, and are responsible for the company’s production and business activities, corporate economic benefits, and shareholders’ investment returns.
