1资料和方法1.1研究对象2003年1月至2006年7月在我院神经内科三天内住院的缺血性脑卒中患者,共247例,男128例,女119例,年龄49～86岁,平均(67.4±10.83)岁,缺血性脑卒中的诊断符合第四届全国脑血管病会议修订的标准[2],全部病例均经头颅CT或MRI扫描证实。排除标准:出血性脑血管病,心源性脑栓塞,脑肿瘤卒中,复发性缺血性脑卒中,伴严重的心、肝、肾疾病。
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Subjects January 1997 to July 2006 in our hospital three days of neurology hospitalized ischemic stroke patients, a total of 247 cases, 128 males and 119 females, aged 49 to 86 years old, The average age was (67.4 ± 10.83) years. The diagnosis of ischemic stroke was in accordance with the revised standards of the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Conference [2]. All the cases were confirmed by CT or MRI. Exclusion criteria: hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease, cardiogenic cerebral embolism, brain tumor stroke, recurrent ischemic stroke, with severe heart, liver and kidney disease.
