农村教育现在面临一个现实:为了生活,很多农村中青年男女都在外打工,而把孩子留在家里,有的跟爷爷奶奶住,有的跟外公外婆生活等。这些学生当中出现了任性、偏激、冷漠、孤独、自私、嫉妒、自卑、逆反心理等不良心理现象;表现为自控能力差、目标不明确、学习习惯不好、厌学情绪严重。面对这些情况,班主任从本班具体个案的成因、具体措施、转化效果等方面做一些探讨,期望找出更恰当的教育方法,以改善留守学生的现状。
Rural education now faces a reality: in order to live, many young and middle-aged men and women in rural areas are working outside and leaving their children at home, some with grandparents and grandparents, and some of them living with grandparents. Among these students, some unhealthy, extreme, apathetic, lonely, selfish, jealousy, inferiority, rebelling psychology and other adverse psychological phenomena appeared; these students showed poor self-control ability, unclear goals, poor study habits, and severely tired of schooling. In the face of these situations, the class teacher made some discussions on the causes, concrete measures and transformation effects of the specific cases in this class and hoped to find a more appropriate education method so as to improve the status quo of left-behind students.
