苏霍姆林斯在《给教师的建议》一书中指出:“校长对学校的领导首先是教育思想的领导,其次才是行政的领导。”这句话告诉我们:学校管理工作的核心是管人,管人的核心是管心。制度管理和情感管理是现代机构管理方式的两个重要方面,成功的学校管理,需要两者的良好配合与和谐交融。很多学校历来都非常重视学校各项规章制度的建立和完善,教育行政部门也把学校对各项规章制度的健全和执行情况作为重要考核内容。然而,学校行政管理中,决不可低估另一种力量,这就是情感效应。它集中体现在:学校领导班子的凝聚力,全体教师的主人翁精神和主观能动性的发挥,校园内的人际关系以及全体师生的精神面貌等诸多方面。
Sukhomlins pointed out in his “Suggestions for Teachers”: “The principal’s leadership of the school is primarily the leadership of education and secondly the leadership of the administration.” This sentence tells us: The core is the manager, the manager of the core is the heart. Institutional management and emotional management are two important aspects of the management of modern institutions. Successful school management requires the good cooperation and harmonious blending of the two. Many schools have always attached great importance to the establishment and improvement of the various rules and regulations of the school. The education administration department has also taken the school’s soundness and implementation of various rules and regulations as an important examination content. However, in school administration, one should never underestimate another force, which is the emotional effect. It is embodied in many aspects: the cohesion of the school leadership, the teachers’ ownership and initiative, the interpersonal relationships on campus, and the mental outlook of all teachers and students.
