如何在不影响地表建筑物的前提下,对条带开采留设煤柱进行再次开采,提高煤炭资源的采出率是煤矿开采面临的技术难题。本文利用UDEC数值模拟软件,对采用在条带开采留设煤柱内开挖充填置换巷道的开采方法进行了数值模拟,研究得出:在回采率为40%的条带开采基础上,置换开采可将回采率提高10%,且没有破坏煤柱和上覆岩层的稳定性;充填巷的条数要控制在两条以内并且要集中布置在留设煤柱中央;对于多个留设煤柱应采用顺序开采等结论。
How to set up coal pillars for strip mining again and raise the recovery rate of coal resources is a technical problem for coal mining without affecting the surface buildings. In this paper, UDEC numerical simulation software was used to simulate the mining method of excavated and filled roadway with reserved coal pillar in strip mining. The study shows that on the basis of strip mining with 40% recovery rate, The recovery rate can be increased by 10%, without undermining the stability of coal pillar and overlying rock strata; the number of filling lane should be controlled within two and should be centrally arranged in the left of the coal pillar; for a number of remaining coal pillar should be The use of sequential mining and other conclusions.
