[目的]探讨新生儿直肠温度的最佳测量时间,为临床护理提供科学依据。[方法]随机选取180例新生儿,体温正常、偏低及偏高的足月儿、早产儿各30例,分别测得其在0.5min、1.0min、1.5min、2.0min、3.0min时的肛温。[结果]体温正常和体温偏高状态下的足月儿、不同体温状态下的早产儿,肛温测试0.5min、1.0min、1.5min、2.0min、3.0min所得的体温数值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),体温偏低时的足月儿测得的肛温数值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]除足月儿体温偏低时肛温测量需1.0min外,其余新生儿肛温测量时间0.5min就可反映机体的真实体温情况。
[Objective] To explore the best measurement time of neonatal rectal temperature and provide scientific basis for clinical nursing. [Methods] A total of 180 newborn infants were randomly selected. The full-term and low-normal term infants and 30 preterm infants were measured at 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 minutes respectively Rectal temperature. [Results] There was no statistical difference in body temperature between full-term infants under normal body temperature and high body temperature, preterm infants under different body temperature, rectal temperature tested 0.5min, 1.0min, 1.5min, 2.0min, 3.0min Significance of learning (P> 0.05), low body temperature when measured in children with rectal temperature values were statistically significant differences (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The temperature of rectal temperature should be 1.0 min except for full-term infants, and the rectal temperature of other infants should be 0.5 min to reflect the real body temperature.
