伴随着我国全民健身观念的深入发展。游泳作为一项老幼皆宜的全身体育运动项目,对促进人的身心健康发展以及形体健美进而达到减肥愉悦心理的功效,是其他体育运动项目具有不可替代的健身作用。然而,随着我国高校体育教学改革的深入发展,传统的游泳教学模式与现代化教学模式以及教育思想的相互对立导致游泳教学在高校体院中发展缓慢,游泳教学活动与教学环境之间的各方面要素出现此起彼伏的发展现状。在传统的教学模式当中,教师往往是教学内容的主体,而学生则是绝对的教育对象,学生的主体性、主动性以及创新思维并未积极地发挥出来。与此同时,就游泳自身来说,高校的游泳教学模式很难一时适应现代教学的基本要求,据此,作为一线体育教师,高校游泳教学的创新方法以及教学模式亟待需要我们解决,以此使得高校游泳教学适应现代化教育新模式。
