目的了解地中海贫血(地贫)患者的G6PD活性范围,探讨地中海贫血患者检测G6PD的临床价值。方法用全自动血红蛋白电泳系统检测地中海贫血,根据结果分为正常组、轻型β地贫、血红蛋白H病、重型β地贫,同时用全自动生化仪器定量检测G6PD活性。结果各种地贫组的G6PD活性均有不同程度增高。结论G6PD活性增高及增高的程度不同对地中海贫血有辅助诊断价值。
Objective To understand the G6PD activity in patients with thalassemia (thalassemia) and to explore the clinical value of detecting G6PD in patients with thalassemia. Methods Thalassemia was detected by automatic hemoglobin electrophoresis system. According to the results, the patients were divided into normal group, β-thalassemia major, hemoglobin H disease, and severe β thalassemia. Meanwhile, G6PD activity was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The G6PD activity of all thalassemia groups increased to some extent. Conclusions The difference between the increase and the increase of G6PD activity may be helpful for the diagnosis of thalassemia.
