病例:女,48岁,住院号67741,1981年8月13日入院。患者因头晕、心慌、皮下紫癜二月余入院。二月余前,患者自觉头晕、心悸、消瘦、纳差伴双下肢瘀斑,月经量多等症状。半个月后,病人突然感觉脸部麻痹,说话不清,继之四肢麻木,但活动尚好。7月8日曾以“贫血原因待查”住某医院。当时检查血象:血红蛋白6.7克％,红细胞186万,白细胞4200,血小板4万。骨體检查为“增生性贫血”。红斑狼疮细胞阴性。类风湿因子阴性。脑血流图提示“脑血管紧张
