目的分析血液透析与血液灌注联合治疗对长期血液透析患者微炎性因子及钙磷代谢的影响。方法将收治的96例长期血液透析患者纳入本次研究,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。观察组实施血液透析与血液灌流联合治疗,对照组实施血液透析治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后微炎性因子及钙磷代谢相关指标的变化情况。结果治疗前2组IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α、Hb、Alb五项微炎性因子指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组均有所改善,观察组hs-CRP、TNF-α、Hb、Alb改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组血钙、血磷、血清FGF-23、血清i PTH四项钙磷代谢指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组均有所改善,观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于长期血液透析患者,实施血液透析与血液灌流联合治疗,能有效改善患者机体微炎性状态,同时使钙磷代谢维持平衡,进而促进患者生活质量的改善,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of hemodialysis and blood perfusion combined therapy on the changes of micro-inflammatory cytokines and calcium and phosphorus in long-term hemodialysis patients. Methods 96 long-term hemodialysis patients admitted to the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 48 cases. In the observation group, hemodialysis and hemoperfusion were performed, while those in the control group were treated with hemodialysis. The changes of the micro-inflammatory factors and the indices of calcium and phosphorus metabolism before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the index of five micro-inflammatory factors of IL-6, hs-CRP, TNF-α, Hb and Alb before treatment in both groups (P> 0.05) Group hs-CRP, TNF-α, Hb, Alb improved better than the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the four calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes of serum calcium, phosphorus, serum FGF-23 and serum i PTH before treatment in both groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, both groups improved and the observation group improved In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term hemodialysis patients, hemodialysis and hemoperfusion combined treatment can effectively improve the patient’s micro-inflammatory state, while maintaining balance of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, and thus improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth in the clinical application.
