核心力量训练最初在医疗保健领域里被认定为是康复的手段,但由于其拥有良好的效果和良好的信誉,整体的协调能力,传递力量等是一个优秀运动员应该具备的重要因素,而核心力量训练又在这些方面具有着较好的成效,因此才被许多国家所接受和推崇,包括我国的体育界在内。又因为传统训练中存在着许多的不足而无法满足体育界的需求,而核心力量训练刚好能改善了传统训练方法中的不足,完善了许多方面的训练方法。因此,核心力量训练是理论与实践相结合的产物而不是简单偶然的出现。
Initially, core strength training was identified as a means of rehabilitation in the field of health care. However, due to its good effect and good reputation, the overall coordination and transfer of power are the important factors that a good athlete should possess. However, the core strength Training has also achieved good results in these areas and is therefore accepted and respected by many countries, including our sports community. Because of the traditional training there are many deficiencies and can not meet the needs of the sports community, and just the core strength training can improve the traditional training methods deficiencies and improve many aspects of training methods. Therefore, the training of core strength is a combination of theory and practice rather than a simple incidental appearance.
