从少数优等生得到重视的应试教育到提高全体学生素质教育是教育发展的必然。学困生是学生中的一个特殊群体,这些学生在学科学习、道德品质、遵课堂守纪律和行为习惯等方面往往与其他普通学生有着明显的差异,所以,教师正确对待这些学困生的种种问题,做好学困生的转化工作,提高他们的学习能力和自我掌控能力,使他们终生受益就显得非常重要。对学困生的种种问题采取适当的宽容,却会收到事半功倍的效果。从学困生的主体分析、成因入手,提出教师以理解和鼓励、以宽容关爱、发现亮点、消融抵触情绪等方面阐述宽容教育在转化学困生中的作用。
It is an inevitable result of the education development that the attention-oriented education which is paid attention to by a few top students should improve the quality education of all students. Students with learning difficulties are a special group of students who often have obvious differences from other normal students in academic study, moral character, compliance with disciplines and behaviors. Therefore, teachers should treat these students Problems, do a good job of transformation work of poor students, improve their ability to learn and self-control, so that their lifelong benefit is very important. To adopt proper tolerance on the various problems of students who are poor students, they will receive more effective results. From the analysis of the main body of students with learning difficulties and their causes, this paper puts forward that teachers should understand and encourage them, and explain the role of tolerance education in the transitional school students in the aspects of tolerance, discovery, ablation and resistance.
