中国科技情报中心主楼Ⅰ段为现浇钢筋混凝土带柱帽的无梁楼盖结构,圆柱直径70cm,高3.37~3.7m,共660根,采用玻璃钢模板施工。玻璃钢模板的原材料是玻璃纤维布及不饱和聚酯树脂,厚3mm,它可整张卷曲,因此适用于作圆柱模板。模板的极限拉应力为1944kgf/cm~2(1kgf/cm~2≈0.1MPa,下同),极限弯曲应力为1784kgf/cm~2。一、模板构造圆柱模板开口处的做法是将柱身玻璃钢顺纵向按垂直于柱身方向折出一形檐,檐部装有扁钢(-50×5),扁钢用玻璃钢包
The main section of the China Science and Technology Information Center, Section I is a beamless floor structure with cast-in-place reinforced concrete pillar caps. The diameter of the cylinder is 70cm, and the height is 3.37-3.7m. There are a total of 660 pieces. The raw material of FRP formwork is glass fiber cloth and unsaturated polyester resin. It is 3mm thick, and it can be curled in whole, so it is suitable for cylindrical template. The ultimate tensile stress of the template is 1944kgf/cm~2 (1kgf/cm~2≈0.1MPa, the same below), and the ultimate bending stress is 1784kgf/cm~2. 1. The method of opening the cylindrical template at the opening of the template is to fold the glass fiberglass of the column in the longitudinal direction perpendicular to the direction of the column and form a crucible. The crucible is equipped with a flat steel (-50×5). The flat steel is used in a fiberglass package.
