众所周知,幼儿时期是孩子的性格和习惯可塑性最强的时期,在这一时期形成的习惯塑造的个人性格很可能会跟随他们的一生。因此,学前教育老师所担负的责任就显得格外重要。孩童时期陋习的形成取决于很多因素,包括父母对孩子的教育方式,长辈过分的溺爱,或者是对孩子欠缺关爱。这些都要求老师在教育过程中进行矫正。因此,在本文里,我将谈一谈自己在教学过程中总结的一些实践经验和方法。
It is a well-known fact that early childhood is the most malleable period in a child’s personality and habits, and personal traits shaped by the habits formed during this period are likely to follow their entire life. Therefore, the responsibility of pre-school teachers is particularly important. The formation of bad habits in childhood depends on many factors, including the way parents educate their children, over-spoiling elders, or their lack of love for their children. All these require teachers to rectify their education. Therefore, in this article, I will talk about some practical experience and methods that I summarized in the teaching process.
