目的对再生障碍贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)实验动物模型的免疫学相关指标进行检测和评估,为动物模型提供更全面的评估指标。方法建模BALB/C小鼠经γ射线照射后尾静脉注射DBA小鼠脾脏细胞,无菌饲养15日检测与再生障碍性贫血症相关的血常规和免疫学指标。结果 (1)模型组小鼠相比正常对照组,外周血常规指标指标与AA患者临床表现基本相符;(2)模型组小鼠外周血免疫学指标变化与临床AA患者基本相符。结论我们成功构建AA动物模型,进行免疫学评估将有利于利用AA动物模型研究AA治疗手段
Objective To detect and evaluate the immunological parameters of aplastic anemia (AA) experimental animal model and provide a more comprehensive evaluation index for animal models. Methods BALB / C mice were injected with tail vein of DBA mouse spleen cells after γ-ray irradiation and sterilized for 15 days to detect the blood routine and immunological indexes related to aplastic anemia. Results (1) Compared with the normal control group, the indexes of peripheral blood in the model group basically agrees with the clinical manifestations of the AA patients. (2) The changes of the immunological indexes in the model group are basically consistent with the clinical AA patients. Conclusions Our successful construction of an animal model of AA for immunological evaluation will be helpful for the use of AA animal model to study the treatment of AA
