分光光度法测定用超声波提取苦瓜果实和苦瓜籽中盐酸小檗碱的含量。检测波长426nm回归方程Y=0.00393+1.28929X(mg/10mL)r=0.9999盐酸小檗碱浓度范围0.099-0.796mg/10mL内与吸光度呈线性关系。苦瓜果实和瓜籽中盐酸小檗碱含量分别为(mg/g)0.2702、0.002243,回收率分别为(%)90.75-100.83,94.63-99.28。结果表明,分光光度法方便简捷,适用于苦瓜果实和苦瓜籽中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
Spectrophotometric Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Bitter Melon and Bitter Melon Seeds Extracted by Ultrasonic Wave. Detection wavelength 426nm regression equation Y = 0.00393 + 1.28929X (mg / 10mL) r = 0.9999 Berberine hydrochloride concentration range of 0.099-0.796mg / 10mL within a linear relationship with the absorbance. The contents of berberine hydrochloride in bitter melon fruit and melon seeds were (mg / g) 0.2702 and 0.002243, respectively. The recoveries were (%) 90.75-100.83,94.63-99.28. The results showed that spectrophotometry is convenient and simple and suitable for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in bitter melon fruit and bitter melon seeds.
