目的探讨血清标志物糖类抗原125(CA125)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)诊断中的临床价值。方法选择该院NSCLC患者130例、肺部良性疾病者80例,以及同期健康体检者90例(健康对照组),检测血清CA125、CYFRA21-1、CEA水平,采用Graph Pad Prism 5绘制ROC曲线,分析单独及联合检测时的诊断效能。结果 CA125、CYFRA21-1、CEA诊断NSCLC的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.836 8、0.842 4、0.785 2。CEA的灵敏度最高,CYFRA21-1的特异度最高;CYFRA21-1和CEA联合检测的准确度高于CA125和CEA。结论 CYFRA21-1和CEA联合检测不仅可用于NSCLC的诊断,还可用于特定病理类型NSCLC的鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum markers of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), cytokeratin 19 (CYFRA21-1) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 130 patients with NSCLC in our hospital, 80 patients with benign lung disease and 90 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Serum levels of CA125, CYFRA21-1 and CEA were measured. ROC curves were plotted with Graph Pad Prism 5, Analyze the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined testing. Results The areas under the ROC curves of CA125, CYFRA21-1 and CEA in diagnosing NSCLC were 0.836 8,0.842 4,0.785 2, respectively. CEA has the highest sensitivity and CYFRA21-1 has the highest specificity. The combined detection of CYFRA21-1 and CEA is more accurate than CA125 and CEA. Conclusion The combined detection of CYFRA21-1 and CEA can not only be used for the diagnosis of NSCLC, but also for the differential diagnosis of specific pathological types of NSCLC.
