文献报道,在光学显微镜下,蛲虫卵的形状呈长椭圆形,不对称,一侧较平直,一侧向外凸出,如柿核状。冷延家等(1978)用光学显微镜观察,其立体形态为椭圆形的不等边三角体。Inatomi(1957)用透射电镜观察,卵壳为两层,外层薄,内层厚,认为卵壳外层随虫卵的发育而逐渐增厚。 为了探讨蛲虫卵的立体形态及卵盖与卵壳的特点,本文用扫描电镜作了观察。
Reported in the literature, under the light microscope, the shape of the oyster egg was oval, asymmetric, one side is relatively straight, one side outwardly protruding, such as persimmon. Leng Yan, etc. (1978) observed with a light microscope, the three-dimensional shape of the ellipse is not equilateral triangular body. Inatomi (1957) observed by transmission electron microscopy, the egg shell is two layers, the outer thin, thick inner layer, that the outer layer of the egg shell with the development of eggs and gradually thickening. In order to investigate the three-dimensional morphology of oyster eggs and the characteristics of eggshell and egg shell, this paper was observed by scanning electron microscopy.
