小产权房是我国现行农村集体土地所有制度的独特产物,也是我国改革开放以来,随着城市化的快速推进、城乡二元经济结构等产生的问题。近年来,小产权房屋的数量在农村及城郊结合部呈现出迅速增长的趋势,乱用地乱占地现象严重,对我国房地产经济市场造成了强烈的冲击。我国应尽快出台相应的政策法规,加强对小产权房的监管,调整房地产市场的结构,促进我国房地产市场的健康发展。
Small property room is a unique product of the current rural collective land ownership system in our country and also a problem arising from the rapid urbanization and urban-rural dual economic structure since China’s reform and opening up. In recent years, the number of small property houses has shown a trend of rapid growth in the rural areas and in the suburbs. The phenomenon of indiscriminate and indiscriminate occupation of land has caused a severe impact on the real estate market in our country. China should promulgate the corresponding policies and regulations as soon as possible to strengthen the supervision of small property houses, adjust the structure of the real estate market and promote the healthy development of China’s real estate market.
