西方管理学界开始研究不对称信任这一普遍存在于管理现场却被长期忽略的信任现象,并着力于探讨其对组织内行为和成员感知新的解释力。不同于传统相互信任观、互惠信任观,不对称信任将重新诠释管理现场背后的信任作用机制。本研究从其内涵及其相关概念、测量、前因及后果对该前沿问题进行阐释和探析,并提出中国情境下该研究潜在的方向和议题,以期为信任研究提供新洞见。
Western management scholars began to study the phenomenon of asymmetric trust, a phenomenon that has been neglected in management for a long time and focused on exploring new interpretations of behaviors and members in organizations. Different from the traditional concept of mutual trust, mutual trust and trust, asymmetrical trust will reinterpret the mechanism of trust behind the management scene. This study explains and analyzes this frontier issue from its connotation and its related concepts, measurement, antecedents and consequences, and proposes potential directions and topics for the study in the Chinese context in order to provide new insights into the study of trust.
