门座式起重机更换钢丝绳是一项工作量大、有一定危险性的工作。以M02型门机为例,每根起升钢丝绳(φ28mm)长95m,要经过30多米高的象鼻梁及各种支承、导向滑轮。目前普遍采用的方法是预先用一根合成纤维绳与旧钢丝绳连接,将旧钢丝绳放出,然后合成纤维绳与新钢丝绳连接,牵引合成纤维绢使新钢丝绳穿过滑轮,进入卷筒。该方法简单、实用,但由于合成纤维绳与钢丝绳连接方式是用合成纤维绳在钢丝绳头部系扣打结,存在以下问题: 1.合成纤维绳在圆形光滑且有润滑油的钢丝绳
