研究了胶粉、酒石酸缓凝剂、胶凝材料、骨料级配和硬化剂对铝酸盐水泥基自流平砂浆耐磨性的影响,分析了砂浆耐磨性与流动度和强度的相关性。结果表明:胶粉可提高自流平砂浆的耐磨性,主要通过提高砂浆的稳定性和柔性来实现。酒石酸缓凝剂会增加砂浆的离析沉降程度,从而导致耐磨性降低。在以铝酸盐水泥为主的三元体系自流平砂浆中,适量增加石膏和硅酸盐水泥掺量均有利于提高耐磨性;降低胶凝材料用量,砂浆耐磨性降低。当40~70目砂和70~140目砂用量各为20%时,自流平砂浆的耐磨性最好。在自流平砂浆表面涂刷硬化剂,可提高表层的密实度和耐磨性,硬化剂涂刷量达到饱和用量,耐磨性提高不大。
The effects of rubber powder, tartaric acid retarder, cementitious material, aggregate gradation and hardener on the abrasion resistance of aluminate-cement self-leveling mortar were studied. The correlation between mortar wear resistance and fluidity and strength . The results show that the rubber powder can improve the abrasion resistance of the self-leveling mortar, mainly by improving the stability and flexibility of the mortar. Tartaric acid retarders increase the degree of segregation and sedimentation of mortar, resulting in reduced wear resistance. In the ternary system self-leveling mortar dominated by aluminate cement, the proper amount of gypsum and Portland cement can improve the wear resistance; reduce the amount of cementitious material and wear resistance of mortar. When 40 ~ 70 mesh sand and 70 ~ 140 mesh sand dosage of 20%, the self-leveling mortar wear the best. In self-leveling mortar surface brushing hardener, can improve the surface density and wear resistance, hardener brushing amount to reach the saturation dosage, wear resistance increased little.
