目的调查分析高职实习护生健康教育能力现状和影响因素,探讨提高其健康教育能力的对策。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对我院实习护生健康教育能力进行调查。结果大多数护生知晓健康教育理论知识和技巧,能正确认识其在护理工作中的重要性和必要性,但临床运用能力不强,仅有9.66%的护生曾独立实施过健康教育。结论护生健康教育能力培养是一个长期、系统的过程,需要多方面的密切配合。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of health education ability of intern nurses in vocational colleges and to explore ways to improve their health education ability. Methods A questionnaire designed by ourselves was used to investigate the ability of health education for intern nurses in our hospital. Results Most nursing students knew the theory and skills of health education and could correctly understand the importance and necessity of their nursing work. However, their clinical application skills were not strong. Only 9.66% of them had implemented health education independently. Conclusion Nursing students’ ability of health education is a long-term and systematic process that requires close cooperation in many aspects.
