目的:为适用于中国人的直丝弓矫治器提供基础数据。方法:用三维测量仪及其计算机辅助系统,对67名正常牙合中国人的牙齿进行了三维精密测量。结果:与白种人相比,中国人上切牙和上、下尖牙转矩角较大,上、下切牙和上、下尖牙轴倾角较小,上中侧切牙间冠凸距相差较小,上、下尖牙及上下第一磨牙与其近中邻牙之间的冠凸距相差较大,下第一磨牙补偿角为负值。结论:正常牙合牙齿位置与形态具有种族特征,在我国正畸临床中,应发展适于中国人的直丝弓矫治器
Objective: To provide basic data for a straight wire appliance suitable for Chinese. Methods: Using three-dimensional measuring instrument and its computer-aided system, three-dimensional precision measurements were performed on 67 normal occlusion Chinese. Results: Compared with Caucasians, the maximal torque angle of upper incisors and upper canis and upper incisors, the incisors of upper incisors and lower incisors were smaller, The difference of the crown distance between the first, second, and first canine teeth and their adjacent teeth was larger, and the compensation angle of the first molars was negative. Conclusion: The position and morphology of normal occlusion teeth have ethnic characteristics. In our orthodontic clinic, straight wire appliance suitable for Chinese should be developed
