针对高科技企业的实证研究表明,组织政治知觉对员工知识分享意愿有显著的负面影响,团队心理安全则在其中起到部分中介作用。因此,企业管理者需要通过制度和行为设计减少员工的组织政治知觉,强化团队心理安全,促成组织知识的交流与共享。
Empirical research on high-tech enterprises shows that organizational political awareness has a significant negative impact on employees’ willingness to share knowledge, while team psychological safety plays a part of the intermediary role among them. Therefore, the managers of enterprises need to reduce the staff’s political awareness of organization through system and behavior design, strengthen the psychological safety of the team, and promote the exchange and sharing of organizational knowledge.
