企业文化的本质是人的文化,而不是品牌口号和形象标识。人力资源管理对企业文化的影响是巨大和深远的。企业的领导者、各级经理和人力资源专业工作者,应当有意识地从文化管理的高度审视和改进自己的管理理念和行为,让管理符合和弘扬企业文化,并警惕和防止管理对企业文化的伤害。
Corporate culture is the essence of human culture, rather than the brand slogan and image logo. The impact of human resource management on corporate culture is huge and far-reaching. Business leaders, managers at all levels, and professionals in human resources should consciously examine and improve their own management concepts and behaviors from the perspective of cultural management so that management can meet and promote the corporate culture and be vigilant and prevent management from being responsible for the corporate culture hurt.
