通过对厦门市妇幼保健院2010年9月至2015年8月期间共114名离职员工的情况进行统计分析,发现从事一线临床诊疗工作的年轻医护人员是离职的高发人群。探讨年轻医护人员离职的主要原因及影响因素,从医院管理方面做一些思考。
Through the statistical analysis of a total of 114 departing workers from Xiamen MCH from September 2010 to August 2015, it is found that the young medical staff engaged in the first-line clinical diagnosis and treatment work are the high-turnover people who left their posts. To explore the main reasons and influencing factors of the departure of young medical staff and to do some thinking from the aspect of hospital management.
