T cell receptor (TCR) triggering is the combination of TCR and ligand to induce the signal into the cell membrane, trigger TCR recognition antigen process. There are a variety of statements about the triggering mechanism of TCR. The three main recognition trigger mechanisms are: aggregation, which is triggered when the TCR binds to the MHC / antigen peptide complex due to the physical aggregation of the relevant molecules; conformational changes, Dispersion and redistribution, distribution and redistribution of TCR-CD3 complex and other cell membrane associated proteins upon binding of TCR to the MHC / antigen peptide complex with MHC / antigen peptide complex when it is caused by changes in molecular structure . In this article, we review the progress of each mechanism and speculate that all three mechanisms involved in T cell recognition are involved.
