本研究参照了国外“体适能”锻炼的健康理念,对陕西交通职业技术学院2010级汽车系健美操选项课的学生进行了为期16周、32学时的体适能健美操教学实验研究,旨在探索在普通高校体育课中适度增加体能训练内容来提高体育课运动负荷、增进学生身体健康的“体适能”教学方法,希望这种教学方法能让学生在学习健美操技术动作的同时,兼顾发展学生的体能,达到技术和体质同步发展的目的。
