近日,吉林省军地双方组成联合调研组,对长春、吉林、通化等5个地市军转服务中心工作运行、自主择业军转干部就业培训、组织生活开展等管理服务工作情况进行了调研。结果显示,各军转服务中心在积极扶持就业创业、落实相关待遇等方面充分发挥了职能作用,但也存在着一些问题,亟须在今后的工作中加以关注和解决。问题一:干部退休年龄等相关问题有待研究据统计,全省有近100名自主择业军转干部达到或超过57周岁,随着时间推进,达到退休年龄的人员将逐步增
Recently, both military and civilian departments of Jilin Province formed a joint investigation team to conduct research on management and service work of military service centers such as Changchun, Jilin and Tonghua, as well as employment training for self-relocation military cadres and organization of life.
