目的分析慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑状态的临床护理干预效果。方法从2015年01月~2017年01月阶段在我院心内科住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者中抽取56例作为研究对象,采取随机分组法将入选的56例患者分成研究组和对照组两组,每组均设置28例患者。两组患者均给予常规辅助治疗性护理,研究组在此基础上给予心理疏导、焦虑状态控制、睡眠干预、放松训练、健康教育等临床护理干预。结果入院时两组患者的焦虑状态和睡眠情况均相当,比较差异不具有显著性(P>0.05);而护理后的焦虑状态,研究组明显低于对照组;睡眠情况,研究组明显好于对照组;比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。入院时两组患者的症状改善、体力限制、社会限制、情绪控制等MHL评分均相当,比较差异不具有显著性(P>0.05);而护理后的各项MHL评分,研究组明显低于对照组,比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者在常规护理基础上给予心理疏导、焦虑状态控制、睡眠干预、放松训练、健康教育等临床护理干预,能够有效改善患者的焦虑状态,提升患者的睡眠质量和生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention on anxiety in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 56 cases of chronic heart failure hospitalized in our department of cardiology were randomly divided into study group (56 cases) and control group , Each group is set 28 patients. The two groups of patients were given routine adjuvant therapeutic nursing, the study group on the basis of psychological counseling, anxiety control, sleep intervention, relaxation training, health education and other clinical nursing intervention. Results At the time of admission, anxiety status and sleep status were similar in both groups, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). However, anxiety status after nursing was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group. Sleep status was significantly better in the study group than in the control group Control group; the differences were significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences in MHL scores between the two groups at admission (physical limitations, social limitations, emotional control, etc.) (P> 0.05). However, the MHL scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group Group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing interventions such as psychological counseling, anxiety control, sleep intervention, relaxation training, health education and so on are given to patients with chronic heart failure on the basis of routine nursing, which can effectively improve their anxiety status and improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
