目的采用显微定量法对园参和石柱参的不同年限进行鉴别。方法采用显微定量法,以人参的草酸钙簇晶为显微特征物,根据不同年限不同部位特征物含量及形态上的差异对园参和石柱参的不同年限进行鉴别。结果随着年限的增长全参、芦头、主根、侧根、须根的草酸钙簇晶的含量上升且体积增大,但石柱参的须根草酸钙簇晶含量随着年限的增长而下降,而园参须根中的特征物含量明显升高,可用于两者的鉴别。其中芦头内的草酸钙簇晶含量明显高于其他部位。根据草酸钙簇晶含量和形态上的差异,可以区分园参和石柱参的不同年限。结论显微定量法鉴别园参和石柱参的不同年限方法可行。
Objective To identify the different years of Park ginseng and Stone ginseng by microscopic quantitative method. Methods Microscopic quantitative method was used to detect microscopic features of gypsum calcium oxalate clusters in ginseng. According to the content and morphological differences of different parts in different years, the identification of the different ages of P. ginseng and P. heterophylla was made. Results With the increase of years, the content of calcium oxalate cluster increased and the volume increased, but the content of calcium oxalate cluster decreased with the increase of years, The content of the characteristic substance in the root of the mustard is obviously increased, which can be used for the identification of the two. Among them, the calcium oxalate cluster content in Lo head is obviously higher than other parts. According to the calcium oxalate cluster crystal content and morphological differences, can distinguish Parkinson’s and Persimmon parameters of different years. Conclusion The method of microscopic quantitative method to identify the different years of garden ginseng and stone ginseng is feasible.
