目的株洲市血吸虫病流行区水体是否存在血吸虫尾蚴。方法用小白鼠进行水体感染后喂养1个月,解剖小白鼠查找血吸虫;统计分析近年株洲市螺情、病情资料。结果小白鼠感染率和感染度均为0,无人群家畜感染,活螺平均密度为0.02只/框,无感染性钉螺。结论通过小白鼠水体感染性测定,结合近年病情、螺情,株洲市疫区及湘江株洲段水体应无感染性。
Objective Zhuzhou schistosomiasis endemic areas of water whether the presence of schistosome cercariae. Methods The mice were fed with water for 1 month after infection and the mice were dissected to find schistosomiasis. Statistical analysis was made on the snail and disease data of Zhuzhou City in recent years. Results The infection rate and infectivity in mice were all zero. There were no human infected animals and the average density of live snails was 0.02 / box without infection snails. Conclusion Through the determination of water infectivity of mice, combined with recent years of illness, snail, Zhuzhou City, Zhuzhou City, epidemic area and water should be non-infective.
