目的报告29例国产可膨胀阴茎支撑体植入术患者的手术治疗情况和远期疗效,以探讨其临床治疗价值。方法分析我院2002年至2013年行可膨胀阴茎支撑体植入手术治疗勃起功能障碍的患者29例,术后随访12~36个月,平均26个月,记录患者术后疗效及并发症情况,同时患者术后12个月门诊复诊,监测阴茎勃起硬度数值、手术前后进行国际勃起功能问卷(IIEF)评分,综合评价患者勃起功能和性生活满意度。结果 29例ED患者手术均获成功,其中1例患者术后2月出现液泵阀失灵,半年后行二次植入手术,术后恢复良好;其余28例患者到目前研究,均未出现明显并发症。阴茎勃起硬度较术前有极显著增加(P<0.001),术后IIEF-5评分均较术前有极显著提高(P<0.001)。结论可膨胀阴茎支撑体植入术治疗男性勃起功能障碍手术成功率高,术后并发症少,性生活满意度高,手术安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To report the surgical treatment and long-term efficacy of 29 cases of domestic expandable penile supporter implantation in order to investigate its clinical value. Methods Twenty-nine patients with erectile dysfunction who underwent implantation of expandable penile support in our hospital from 2002 to 2013 were analyzed. The patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months with an average of 26 months. The International Erectile Function Questionnaire (IIEF) score was applied before and after surgery to evaluate the patients’ erectile function and sexual satisfaction. The rest of the 28 patients recovered well after operation. complication. Penile erectile stiffness was significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.001). Postoperative IIEF-5 score was significantly higher than preoperative (P <0.001). Conclusion The successful implantation rate of inflatable penile support in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction is high, less postoperative complications, high sexual satisfaction, safe and reliable operation, and worthy of clinical promotion.
