用DTA和XRD方法研究了高纯WS2在空气中的氧化机理,并用Doyle-Ozawa法和Kissinger法测定了氧化反应的活化能为100.1kJ/mol,反应级数为0.80.WS_2分子氧化主要以WS_2→W_3O→WO_2→W_(18)O_(49)→WO_(2.9)→WO_3步骤连续进行。氧化反应的最终产物为WO_3。
The oxidation mechanism of high purity WS2 in air was studied by DTA and XRD. The activation energy of oxidation reaction was 100.1kJ / mol and the order of reaction was 0.80 by Doyle-Ozawa method and Kissinger method. WS 2 molecular oxidation mainly WS_2 → W_3O → WO_2 → W_ (18) O_ (49) → WO_ (2.9) → WO_3 step continuously. The final product of the oxidation reaction is WO_3.
