运用现代鲁棒控制理论和线性矩阵不等式方法,研究了高新企业人才动态稳定的决策问题。考虑到人才流动的不确定性和适应岗位的时延特性,建立了在动态环境中企业人才队伍不确定时滞系统的控制模型,给出了鲁棒稳定性的判别方法、鲁棒稳定的最大时延计算和最优保性能决策方法。其后通过对一家高新企业进行实证分析,验证了数学模型及控制方法的有效性,为高新技术企业的人才管理机制提供了新策略和理论支持。
Using the modern robust control theory and the linear matrix inequality method, the dynamic and stable decision-making problems of high-tech enterprises are studied. Considering the uncertainty of the flow of personnel and the delay characteristics of adaptive positions, a control model of uncertain time-delay system of enterprise talent in a dynamic environment is established. The criterion of robust stability is given, and the maximum of robust stability Time Delay Calculation and Optimal Guaranteed Cost Decision Making. Afterwards, through a positive analysis of a high-tech enterprise, the validity of the mathematical model and control method is verified, which provides new strategies and theoretical support for the talent management mechanism of high-tech enterprises.
