目的:探讨泌尿外科日常护理、健康教育方法,为提高泌尿外科患者护理效果提供可靠依据。方法:两组均接受外科手术治疗,对照组给予泌尿外科相关日常护理服务,观察组给予泌尿外科常规护理基础上加用针对性健康教育。记录两组泌尿外科患者对护理服务满意度、术后不良反应发生率。结果:出院当天观察组患者对护理服务满意度评价得分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后不良反应发生率,较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。泌尿外科患者术后发生相关并发症后,均给予临床对症治疗后病情好转或痊愈,无死亡等不良后果发生。提示观察组泌尿外科患者护理有效性、安全性更优。结论:对泌尿外科患者给予日常护理基础上加用相应健康教育,可显著降低不良反应发生率,有利于维持良好的护患关系,对保障患者生活质量、生命安全均具有积极意义。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the daily nursing and health education methods of urology and provide a reliable basis for improving the nursing effect of urological patients. Methods: The two groups were treated by surgery. The control group was given routine urology related care. The observation group was given routine urological care plus targeted health education. Record two groups of patients with urological care satisfaction, postoperative adverse reaction rate. Results: On the day of discharge, the satisfaction rate of nursing service in observation group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Urology patients after surgery-related complications, were given clinical symptomatic treatment condition improved or healed, no death and other adverse consequences. Prompt observation group urological patient care effectiveness, better security. Conclusion: Adding appropriate health education to patients with urological diseases on the basis of daily nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, maintain good relationship between nurses and patients, and have positive significance in ensuring patients’ quality of life and safety of life.
