临床药学服务是医疗卫生事业发展的必然趋势,是医院药学的发展方向。临床药学服务因其在保障合理用药,提高医疗质量,促进医药卫生资源合理使用等方面的重要作用而日益受到重视,90年代以来,临床医学服务开如在我国的大中型医院逐步试行,但在基层医院如何开展药学服务工作,仍是摆在医院药学工作者面前的重要课题。现就基层医院开展临床医学服务的现状予以分析,结合笔者自身工作经验并参考相应文献,提出基层医院药师应立 Clinical pharmacy service is an inevitable trend in the development of medical and health care, and is the development direction of hospital pharmacy.
