企业作为一个社会经济组织,永远处于环境、组织和个体的动态变化环境之中,如何保证人力资源管理能够稳定有效长期的为企业发展服务,成为企业人力资源管理的基本目标。文章以兖矿国泰化工有限公司为例,通过对企业员工的实际调研,作出从组织人力资源管理活动各方面对如何构建以员工心理契约为基础的人力资源管理的综述。
As a social economic organization, an enterprise is always in the environment of dynamic changes in the environment, organization, and individuals.
