针对目前普遍应用的动态应变式称重传感器大多不能满足高准确度动态称重的要求,独立设计了一种全新的基于浮力称量原理的全量程动态称重系统。该系统采用自行研制的浮力平衡器取代了电子衡器的核心器件称重测力敏感元件。浮力平衡器是基于液体的浮力原理将物料重量值的测量转换成具有线性关系的位移值测量的称重核心装置。新系统克服了传统动态衡器的零漂和非线性等技术弊端,具有抗干扰能力强、稳定性高等特点。该系统样机已通过国家青岛衡器测试中心型式鉴定,达到最高动态称量准确度等级0.5级。文中详细论述了该系统的工作原理及硬件和软件的设计与开发,最后给出了该系统的动态称重试验结果及鉴定结论。
In view of the fact that most of the dynamic strain type load cells commonly used today can not meet the requirements of high-accuracy dynamic weighing, a new full-scale dynamic weighing system based on the principle of buoyancy weighing has been independently designed. The system uses its own buoyancy balancer to replace the electronic weighing the core device weighing force sensor. Buoyancy balancer is based on the buoyancy principle of liquid to convert the measurement of material weight value into the weighing core device with linear relationship of displacement value measurement. The new system overcomes the technical malpractices such as zero drift and nonlinearity of the traditional dynamic weighing instrument, has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability and high stability. The prototype system has passed Qingdao National Testing Center for Type identification, to achieve the highest dynamic weighing accuracy level 0.5. This paper discusses in detail the working principle of the system and hardware and software design and development, and finally gives the system’s dynamic weighing test results and identification conclusion.
