通过设置温度梯度,对不同水温条件下(17、20、23、26和29℃)鲢胚胎的发育速度、孵化率、存活率和出苗率进行研究,并探讨水温变化与仔鱼生长及畸形率的关系。结果发现,随着水温升高,鲢受精卵的孵化时间明显缩短,发育速度加快。水温变化对孵化率、存活率和出苗率有着显著影响,17和20℃处理组的存活率和出苗率均显著低于23℃处理组。但26和29℃处理组的存活
The growth rate, hatching rate, survival rate and germination rate of the silver carp embryos at different water temperature (17,20,23,26 and 29 ℃) were studied by setting the temperature gradient. The changes of water temperature and larval growth and malformation rate relationship. The results showed that with the increase of water temperature, the incubation time of silver carp fertilized eggs was significantly shortened and the development speed increased.
