沿海地区新近吹填场地属于地基承载力严重不足的软弱地基,工程中常采用灌注桩对其处理以提高承载力、满足工程建设需求。该文通过对比分析普通钻孔灌注桩、后注浆灌注桩及三岔双向挤扩灌注桩(DX桩)的侧阻力和静载荷试验结果,发现后注浆灌注桩单桩承载力大幅提高,并且累计沉降符合工程质量控制要求。研究结果表明后注浆灌注桩可达到缩短工期、节省工程造价的目的。
The newly reclaimed land in the coastal area belongs to the weak foundation with a serious under-bearing capacity. In the project, bored piles are often used to improve the bearing capacity to meet the construction needs. By comparing the lateral resistance and static load test results of ordinary bored piles, post-grouting bored piles and three-way bidirectional expansive-expanded bored piles (DX pile), the results show that the bearing capacity of single pile of grouted bored piles is greatly increased, And the cumulative settlement in line with project quality control requirements. The results show that the grouting pile after grouting can shorten the construction period and save the project cost.
