坚持民主、公开、竞争、择优,提高选人用人公信度,形成充满活力的选人用人机制,是培养造就高素质干部队伍的关键。本文从领导干部上岗机制的特质切入分析,着重阐述了竞争上岗机制的民主性、和谐性、竞争性。主张鼓励干部比拼竞争,要求组织公平公正,从而形成正确的用人导向,激发干部的奋斗和创新精神,提高干部的整体素质。
To adhere to the principle of democracy, openness, competition and preferential treatment, and to enhance the public confidence in selecting and employing people, and to form a vibrant selection and employment mechanism, are the keys to fostering a contingent of high-quality cadres. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the leading cadres mechanism, focusing on the democratization, harmony and competitiveness of the competition system. Advocating to encourage competition for competition among cadres, requiring organizations to be fair and impartial, leading to the correct employment orientation, stimulating the struggle and innovative spirit of cadres and improving the overall quality of cadres.
