以“盛丰”品种白萝卜为试材,采用不同浓度(0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)壳聚糖溶液对萝卜种子进行处理,研究了种子萌发后不同生长天数(3、5、7d)幼苗的生理生化指标(叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、总酚、芥子油苷、DPPH抑制率、PAL活性、CAT活性、POD活性)的变化情况,以探求壳聚糖处理萝卜种子后对其幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:与对照组(未进行壳聚糖包衣处理)相比,采用壳聚糖处理对萝卜幼苗的生理生化指标均有显著影响。对于生长3d和5d的幼苗,3种浓度的壳聚糖处理均能显著提高其叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、总酚、芥子油苷含量;而对于生长7d的幼苗,只有0.3%和0.5%壳聚糖处理能显著提高其叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、总酚、芥子油苷含量;3种浓度壳聚糖处理均能显著提高生长3、5、7d的幼苗CAT活性及生长5d的幼苗PAL活性;0.1%壳聚糖处理能提高生长3d的幼苗POD活性,0.5%壳聚糖处理能提高生长5、7d的幼苗POD活性。表明采用壳聚糖处理萝卜种子能提高其幼苗营养物质含量、改善品质,对农业生产具有一定的指导意义。

The results showed that the treatment of radish seeds with chitosan could improve the nutrient content of the seedlings and improve the quality of the seedlings, which is of guiding significance for agricultural production.
