和平医院心内科应用水蛭制剂治疗心绞痛临床效果比较满意,并经实验证实该制剂具有抗血栓形成作用。一、实验部分 (一) 材料和方法 1.动物选择:选健康2.5—3公斤大耳青丝兰家兔13只,雌雄不限,先后分4次实验。 2.药物制剂: (1) 水蛭制剂:水蛭素水浸液(1克/毫升)。水蛭素注射粉针剂及水蛭素加赋形剂甘露醇粉针剂(水蛭素与甘露醇比例为1∶4),甘露醇为冷冻时单纯赋形剂不影响本实验过程。 (2) 垂体后叶素注射液10国际单位/毫升。 (3) 苯巴比妥钠0.1克/毫升。 3.方法: (1) 在实验前观察家兔正常心电图及注射垂体后叶素4国际单位/公斤、苯巴比妥钠0.1克后家兔心电图改变,并描记在即刻至8—15分钟内不同阶段的变化。经多次观察家兔急性心肌缺氧实验模型
